The Challenge
Juster Development is a real estate investment firm specializing in commercial acquisition and management. Their portfolio includes a variety of retail shopping centers, office buildings and residential apartments across the east coast with a majority of their focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers.
They were in need of brand identity that was flexible enough to work with their mixture of property-types that was constantly changing and growing around different goals and objectives.
Our Approach
DerGarde partnered with Juster to provide a branding campaign that gave them structure that could be applied to their company or any properties within their portfolio. An entirely new identity system was built along with a new website providing the needed framework to host all marketing communications.
DerGarde led the entire transformation of our corporate identity; results have been outstanding.
