The Challenge
Tribus Construction emerged from the separate construction wing of a prominent real estate developer with years of experience transforming office buildings and working hand-in-hand with their tenants. The opportunity and timing to segment and separate business lines for independent advancement was right, but they lacked any form of name or identity.
Our Approach
DerGarde partnered with the founding members of Tribus and provided a program to launch their new brand name in commercial construction. The goal was to achieve immediate acceptance as an established brand capable of outperforming well-known local competitors. Tribus has found immediate success in their sales and positioning strategy and is continuing their trajectory for growth.
DerGarde built our brand entirely around our core messaging; it fully supports our sales strategy.
