The Challenge
Acquired with nearly a half-million square feet of vacancy, new ownership was committed to developing a campaign to reposition the property and attract new tenants.

 
 
 

Our Approach
We identified and highlighted the unique features that are largely unfound in many modern buildings. A massive atrium lobby that could facilitate large town-hall sized meetings, broad infrastructure for IT capabilities, and expansive and park-like outdoor area that can be utilized in numerous ways.

We focused on highlighting these areas of opportunity along with the new features and amenities being brought into the building – cafeteria, coffee bar, fitness center, co-working space. As the property was undergoing redevelopment we repeatedly updated collateral to match changes and keep the brokerage team well equipped and outfitted.
