The Challenge
Bridgeport features a downtown and nightlife that’s largely unknown. Numerous bars and restaurants, sporting events and landmark architecture all within walking distance to major transportation hubs. Faced with a negative stigma from blight of decades passed and in need of marketing tools to attract new residents, DerGarde was tasked with building a campaign to activate new apartments within a historic building.
Our Approach
We focused heavily on lifestyle photography and design that would appeal to a younger audience, idealistic and aspirational for change, ready to adventure out of the suburbs and into a vibrant and urban downtown.
They brought this old building to life with a plan that made for quick lease-up.
