Project Overview
Identifying and defining the culture of the company and making sure it permeates the employee experience is no easy task. DerGarde worked with Schimenti Construction Company to create a human resources marketing initiative that clearly defined and branded the strongest cultural aspects of their company. This campaign had to be public facing and built into their recruiting efforts and new hire onboarding processes.
