The Challenge
SIR is a premium home builder based in Westport, Connecticut. They have a long and notable history that spans numerous commercial development projects and award-winning homes. Creating an entirely new apartment building would need to incorporate the standards and styles they’re known for.
Our Approach
DerGarde worked closely with ownership to create a branding program that began with naming analysis and positioning and spanned across the creative direction of identity, signage, and a property website. In addition, every visual aspect was looked at to ensure a seamless look and feel their clients would expect from a luxury home builder.
