The Challenge
Stone Harbour Capital is a real estate investment firm and developer with experience spanning ground-up apartment construction and repositioning of commercial properties. They assembled a team of industry veterans to grow and expand their organization, but needed identity and collateral that matched their principles and stability-focused approach.
Our Approach
DerGarde created various routes of creative direction for their identity, working closely with a number of partners to hone in on the individual aspects they found essential and true to their investment style and sensibility.
